Africlock app-specific permissions:
The Africlock app uses the following permissions:
• Precise location (GPS and network-based): This is ONLY used to pinpoint the physical location of a clock transaction. You may turn off this functionality to preserve privacy or to preserve battery life;
• Camera: Your phone camera is used for capturing QR codes used for registering workers and generating clock transactions;
• Control near-field communication (NFC) – this is done ONLY to enable writing and reading NFC tags or cards used for clocking;
• Full network access: This is done to allow the app to upload clocking data to our website.
