Add new subject

A list of institutions must be generated. This can be done by typing in the open field. This institution will then be available by clicking on the dropdown arrow the following time.

The code of the subject should be entered here.

The name of the subject or a short description should be entered here.

If this is known information, the lecturer can be added here. If not, keep the field open.

Any remarks can be entered here. These remarks are pertaining to the subject and not to the individual employee.
