Button/activity links

Button/activity links
This is a list of activity buttons and the activity linked to each. The tabs at the top of the list allow you to view the records in either button number or activity order. You can create links, change existing links, or delete them. The button/activity links can be used if employees use the same clock for different activities. The button allocated to a specific activity must be used, then all clockings afterwards will be linked to that activity, until another activity button is used.
11. Sort order
Click the tabs to view the list in either button number or activity order.
22. Send To
This button (which becomes active as soon as the list contains one or more entries) allows you to print, export or e-mail the contents of the list.
33. Insert
Click to add a link to the list.
44. Change
Edit the highlighted record.
55. Delete
Delete the highlighted record.
66. Close
Close the window.
