Override time programme: seasonal changes
A time programme override allows you to temporarily replace a time programme with another one because of exceptional circumstances. This change will apply to ALL employees linked to the replaced time programme. It may, for example, be necessary for all workers on a particular programme to start and end work one hour earlier for a certain period. Pay day presents a typical case where working hours may need to be adjusted for that day.
11. Show discontinued time programmes
Check this box if you want to view all discontinued time programmes.
22. Send To
This button (which becomes active as soon as the list contains one or more entries) allows you to print, export or e-mail the contents of the list.
33. Insert
Click here to add a new time programme override (such as a pay day or a change from normal time to winter time).
44. Change
Click to change the highlighted record.
55. Delete
Click to delete the highlighted record.
66. Close
Close the window.
