Change: Updating button link
Change the dates of a button allocation, Please do NOT enter an end date. The system will automatically write the end date when a new button is allocated or when the employee's employment is terminated.

Button Number

1. Button Number
The button number in question will be shown here. The button number cannot be changed. If it should not have been allocated to the employee, the following steps will allow you to delete the allocation: Tables/Master tables/Buttons/Search for the applicable button/Change/Delete unallocated buttons.

Employee name

2. Employee name
The employee's number, initials and surname are also fixed. Follow the steps above if the allocation should not have been done.

Start date

3. Start date
The start date cannot overlap with another allocation's dates. Please make sure of yourself before changing the dates.

End date

4. End date
This is the last date the button was used by this employee. Please make sure of yourself before changing the dates.
55. OK (Save)
Click here to save changes made.
66. Quit without saving
Close the window without saving changes.
