List of loans

List of loans
A list showing details of loans granted to employees. The buttons at the bottom of the list allow you to add new loans and change or delete existing ones.
 
11. Change view
Click the tabs to show all outstanding loans, loans for one employee, finalised loans or written-off loans.
22. Send To
This button (which becomes active as soon as the list contains one or more entries) allows you to print, export or e-mail the contents of the list.
33. Insert
Click here to add a new loan record.
44. Change
Change the highlighted record.
55. Delete
Delete the highlighted record. The system will allow this only if no payments in reduction of the debt have been made yet.
66. Print
A printout will be shown with the detail of the employee's loans.
77. Close
Close the window.
