Public holidays
This is a list of public holidays with their dates. The system automatically builds the list for you, but you can modify the dates and descriptions if you want to do so. These dates are applicable to the entire dataset and cannot be changed for one company/group/employee.
Change the date or description of a public holiday.
Existing public holidays can also be changed.
An example of when such a change is valid, can be seen where employers require employees to work on a specific public holiday, but they have an agreement that another day will be given to the employees (the public holidays have been exchanged).
Delete a public holiday from the list. If you are situated in another country, the system will not have the correct public holidays for that country. Delete the days that aren't applicable to you and add the correct days.
