This function help to adjust records on rainy days. The system needs to know what the minimum amount of hours on site should be if the employees' hours should be adjusted. PLEASE NOTE: The system already converts attendance of less than 4 hours to 4 hours as required by law. If you want to do MORE than this, you can adjust the hours here to more than 4 hours.
