Data processing
This window provides various data processing functions for attendance records.
11. Search/update attendance records
Displays a list of attendance records. The list is essentially the same as the one shown in the 'Attendance records' section of this menu.
22. Mass-create attendance records
This function lets you create attendance records for one or more employees in a single operation.
33. Mass-create attendances : specify times
You can create attendance for one/all employees, one/all employee groups and one/all teams where the times are specified.
44. Mass-create attendances : one worker as model
Create attendance records for one/all employees, one/all employee groups, one/all teams where their attendance will look exactly as the employee chosen. For example, where a team hasn't clocked, and one employee has attendance records, the system will generate the same records for everyone chosen.
55. Adjust records for rainy days
The system will adjust attendance records of less than 4 hours to 4 hours automatically, as stipulated by law. If you want to remunerate employees for more than 4 hours on a given day (like a rain day), this option can be used.
66. Adjust arrival or departure
The arrival or departure times can be adjusted in bulk for a certain period. If employees couldn't clock in when they arrived on site (because the clock wasn't available etc) all the employees' arrival time can be changed to an earlier time.
77. Adjust attendances: Rounding
Attendance records can be rounded to the closest x minutes. Options include 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 and 60 minutes.
88. Adjust arrivals/departures to same day
The whole attendance record will be moved to the date clocked in or to the date clocked out. If the employee worked for a total of 8 hours, that entire 8 hours will be moved to the clock in date or the clock out date. This has implications when different tariffs apply.
99. Insert lunch breaks
This procedure changes attendance records that fall on the same day. The attendance records will be split into two different records.
1010. Export attendance data
This button opens the standard data import/export screen.
1111. Delete attendances
Delete the latest set of attendance records for a particular employee group. The groups's clock movements for that date will be marked as 'Unconverted' so that you can rerun the conversion routine and obtain a new set of attendance records.
1212. Close
Close the window.
