1. Last known backup
This is the date of the last backup that was sent with the RSYNC/FTP method.

Passcode

The passcode is created automatically when a backup has been sent.
33. Print passcode request
If you cannot send backups for one reason or another, a passcode request form should be filled out. A passcode will be sent which should be entered in this field. It is then of the utmost importance to store backups in a different place than your computer.
