1. General
This section of the tables menu provides access to the company details, default settings and a number of miscellaneous functions.
11. Company particulars
Update company particulars (primary company).
22. Additional companies
Update company particulars (secondary and other companies).
33. Official starting date
Use this option if you have been trying the system out and want to remove your test clock movements and attendance records before starting to use the system officially. Be very careful to change the date at a later stage. Everything before the official starting date is permanently deleted.
44. Close-off date
After the EMP201 is printed for the month, no changes to attendance records, leave or pay slips are allowed. If you notice an error, contact us for the password ('Day pass') to move back your closing date. Remember to print the EMP201 again.
55. Button replacement cost
If you want to impose a charge for replacing lost or damaged buttons, click here to enter the required amount into the system.
66. Allow own employee numbers;   other employment defaults
If you do not want to use the system generated numbers, adjust the program here. Another setting that can be adjusted here, is to make the equity data compulsory.
77. Company defaults
An easy way to view and change all company defaults.
88. Print registration order form
Print a form with which to register your software.
99. System defaults
Provides quick access to the main system defaults and settings.
1010. Exit
Close the window.
1111. User administration
This is a hidden option. A user name and password can be set for each person using the programme. Access can be limited in terms of software modules, for example someone might have access to the whole programme, and another person might only have access to the time calculation module.
