Delete an employee

Delete an employee
According to law, employers should keep employees' personal data for 3 years and their financial data for 5 years after the employee's services have been terminated.

Employee to delete

1. Employee to delete
Search for the employee by entering his worker number or looking for the employee in the list. Mark the box 'Show previous' to see all previous employees.

By clicking on OK, the system will delete the employee permanently.
33. Cancel
Close the screen without saving the information.
