Import/Export data

Import/Export data
This window provides a number of data export and import functions. Please phone the office if you are unsure what to use in your unique case.
 
11. Export clock movements
Several export options with regards to clock movements.
22. Export attendace records
Several export options with regards to attendance records.
33. Export attendance record summary
Several attendance record export options to be imported in different payrolls.
44. Import data
Several import options. 'Other clocks' will show a list of different clocks compatible with Africlock. The clock movements and attendance records import data can be used wit terrain administration. The last two options are help tools designed to import data from Pastel or Excel. It needs to be in a specific format.
55. Export employees from Africlock
A list of employees can be exported to VIP or EXCEL.
66. Export pay slips
Several export options with regards to pay slips. The first two options gives a more in depth view of the hours used on the pay slip. The employee totals gives more detail with regards to the items used on the pay slips.
