Pay slips can be rounded provided that the employee pay method is marked as cash. The idea behind the rounding is to make payment easier so that you do not need to hand cents to employees.

 

1. The first thing you need to do is to mark with what cash you want to pay the employees. Go to Tables/Pay defaults/Coinage denominations:

 

2. Choose the applicable notes and cents you want to use.

 

3. Make sure the employees' payment method is set to CASH:

 

 

4. The pay slip will then be rounded to take into account the notes and cents you can use.
