This button (which becomes active as soon as the list contains one or more entries) allows you to print, export or e-mail the contents of the list.

This will deduct leave from the employee's vacation leave balance.

If an employee came in for a part of the day, and went to the clinic or home because of illness, this option can be used to deduct leave from their sick leave.

If the record needs to be changed, it can be done here IF a pay slip hasn't been made yet.

Delete a record that should not have been made. The system will not allow this if a pay slip has already been made.
