Time programme history
A clock worker will have a specific time programme allocated to them which will be used when processing the clock data. A salaried worker can also be placed on a time programme to monitor their times, but it isn't a requirement for salaried workers to clock in and out. A time programme is only a prerequisite where overtime/short time should be taken into account when determining wages.
Click on 'Insert' to add a new time programme link to the specific employee or click on 'Change' to edit the marked record.
Delete the highlighted record. You will receive this message if you try to delete a time program that has already been used in processing hours for pay slips on Africlock. Rather add an end date and time and start a new time programme.
