Pay slip items can be viewed here. New items can also be added here.

Select the notes and coins to be used for cash payment of employees.

You can decide what detail should be displayed on the pay slips. Here are several options that can be turned on or off.

This option will be hidden if your leave balances are not activated on the system. You can show the employees how much vacation leave they have available.

The interest that applies to the employees' savings plans can be adjusted here.

Extra options when creating pay slips.

This is applicable on salaried employees. The system can be set so that salaried employees should still clock to show that they where present on all working days. With this option, you decide how many hours should pass between clockings, before the day is seen as a worked day.
