Backup information

Backup information
We offer a service where we store backups for customers for your peace of mind. Backups are made via the Africlock data backup programme (lightning bolt icon), when choosing one of the middle options ('Send to Africlock via RSYNC/FTP'). If for some reason, backups cannot be sent, a passcode request form can be printed. You then need to create backups and store it somewhere safe.

Passcode

1. Passcode
The passcode is entered automatically once a backup is sent. If you have forwarded a passcode request, we will reply with the code. This should then be entered here.
