Change personal data

The occupation is printed on the pay slip. The only way to add the occupation on the screen is to type it in the field. If this occupation is already in the system, please ensure the correct spelling, otherwise another occupation entry will be added to your list of occupations.

The only mass changes allowed with the payment method are 'Cash' or 'Cheque'. If the employees are paid electronically, this needs to be changed on their personal information as discussed here.

Employees' pay slips are printed in their language preference as marked above.

This is a hidden option. Phone us if you have a lot of employees that need to change to a specific calculation method.

Choose the employment duration applicable to the group.

The job description is found on the 'details of employment' printout. If the job description of one employee changes, it can be edited under their details. A group's job description can be changed simultaneously if you have employees with the same job description.

The remarks are also found on the 'details of employment' printout. If the remarks of one employee changes, it can be edited under their details. A group's remarks can be changed simultaneously if you have employees with the same job description.
