Mass-edit employee data

The employees' occupation, employee groups, conversion method, balancing of hours, payment methods, calculation methods, employment duration, job description and remarks can all be changed in mass.

These changes are only applicable on salaried employees and the system will not allow changes to clock and piece workers' data here. Changes that can be made are the employee group, payment method, language preference, employment duration, working days and hours, job description and remarks.

This is a helpful option to use when employees' minimum wage goes up or when a group of workers all receive a wage increase to the same wage.

The values printed on the UI-19 form are applicable here.

PASTEL values can be changed together for a group of employees.

Simultaneous changes with regards to access control can be made here.

When the EE-/Employment Equity report is printed, all the applicable detail can be changed in mass. This is discussed more in depth under personnel/printouts/Employment equity report.
