You are most likely reading this page on your Android phone.
The Africlock app on your phone can be used standalone or integrated into our Windows time and attendance and payroll system.
When used standalone there is no need to register the app – you will then be able to e-mail clock reports from the phone.
When used in conjunction with our software, you will need to register the app with us AFTER implementing the Windows application – it is not possible to make use of the web functionality unless your time and attendance system supports it.
Web functionality covers the following:
- Automatic data transfer from your phone to our website every night, where our Windows application will pick it up
- Manual transfer at any time
- Downloads of worker photographs placed on the web site by our Windows app
- Download of workers blacklisted by the Windows app
There is an annual fee of R300 per phone for the use of the web back-end and data transfer functionality. This fee will be charged as part of your annual support fee for the Africlock time & attendance and payroll system.
